Signalyst DSC1

Thanks, first I need to finish DSDit .. i cancel the order for the avr becouse I found a arduino nano in store next door :).... tomorrow the attiny arive :)....

In second place i will "repair" DSD512 .... As u say I think the Amanero is the problem not the dac becouse DSD256 works thats right? ..

Thanks

If I remember correctly, the Amanero did only reliable DSD512 with the CPLD_1081 and 2000be11 firmware. Are you using that?
For the DSC3 the Amanero must be used with the slave_for_1081. To set the configuration bits right, you have to change the number _071a to _0a23. See attachment. With this driver software, DSD512 should work also with the Amanero.

I have problem with flash the amanero.... I erase amanero
I set all like on the screen ... but now amanero dosent support asio and its dead dsc3 dead..
My amanero in oemtool is recognized as _071a .... how to change it? to proper one?

When i erase flash and set CPLD 1080 and 1966c with settings for the dsc2 not in slave mode amanero is recognized ok by the windows and hqp plays OK
But when I do it like last time when dsc3 works OK with dsd256 now it dosent work anymore (slave).... PC problems or what?
I just change FW and settings and a cant bring back dsc3 to live

I dont remember what driver i have months ago 71 or 23...

There is some screens :

Combo384 shows when amanero is programmed in DSC3 type - not recognized by HQP
Amanero tehnologies when its programmed in DSC2 type - recogized by HQP

What sometimes happens is that flashing the CPU doesn't happen while you think it should.
Solution is: first erase. Plug USB out and in. Then flash CPLD with slave_for_1080. Then USB out and in . Then flash CPU with 1096c.
Then set configuration bits. With 1080 the last number is _071a.
With 1081 you should change the number _071a to _0a23 otherwise Write Flash gives back that device is not found.
Trying slave_for_1081 and 2006be11 can be useful to get DSD512 to work but with 1080 and 1096c DSD256 should work flawlessly.

If you got the DAC running once, chance is 99,99% that it is still working and that you have a problem with correctly flashing the Amanero.

Guys my friend want to solder DSC2 .... he have the COMBO384SE new revision .... New version of amanero will work?
I just solder another DSC3 and i have problem.
jumper (jp4 soldered)

I flash combo384SE in slave mode ... but dac only flash led but no sound ....
Voltages on the ladders are ok 3v3 and 5v

but from u13 u24 i got 3v3 not 1v6 .....

Amanero is not compatybile? With DSDit with this amanero is the same.

Thanks

My combo384 is old revision, I recently upgraded it with DSC2, first wipe out, power off/on to reboot, open oem tools, and set OEMID from combo384 to nativedsd, upgrade CPLD to slave_1081dsdswapped, card should reset itself, then upgrade CPU to 2006be11(Dom also recommended 2006be15r2 recently), manually reboot again, changing PID from 071a to 0a23 from the oemtools, then under configuration bits tab, set MCLK/2, slave mode, pin1 for 22M clock, pin11 for mute and click write flash, you should see a line in red saying updated, reboot again and it should be ready.
